“We were heartbroken making the decision to put our sweet Izzy girl to sleep but Dr. Kee made it easier and ensured us that the decision was being made out of love. Even though Izzy was in pain, she found the strength to jump and greet Dr. Kee and Nurse Ashley with kisses because she loved meeting new people. Dr. Kee and Nurse Ashley greeted Izzy with love and she knew she was safe. I was so happy to see her act like herself in her final moments vs. her being anxious at the vet’s office.

After speaking with Dr. Kee, we decided to have our other dog Boo present during the procedure and we are so happy we did. As soon as Dr. Kee began administering the sedative, Boo rested her head on Izzy and kept it there until she was gone. Izzy went to sleep in our living room, on her favorite blanket, in front of our fireplace surrounded by hugs and kisses from my husband and I, cuddles from Boo, and the comfort of her new friends - Dr. Kee and Nurse Ashley. We couldn’t have asked for a more beautiful way to say goodbye.” - Kimberly Foppe, Oakville
